1. Noise & Disturbances
- Please be considerate of your neighbors and maintain a reasonable noise level, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Loud parties or events that cause disruptions are strictly prohibited.
2. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
- Designated smoking areas are available outdoors. Please use these areas to ensure the comfort of all guests.
3. Chewing Tobacco
- The use of chewing tobacco is strictly prohibited on the property. No exceptions will be made.
5. Maximum Occupancy
- Each villa has a designated maximum occupancy limit.
- Any additional guests beyond this limit must be approved by management in advance.
6. Damage & Breakages
- Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages that occur during their stay.
- Any incidents should be reported to the management immediately.
- Charges may apply for repairs or replacements if necessary.
7. Cleanliness
- Please help us maintain the cleanliness of the villa by disposing of trash in designated bins.
- Littering on the property is strictly prohibited.
8. Safety & Security
- For your safety, ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the villa unattended.
- ELIVAAS will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
