Policy and Required Documents

Required Documents

1. Driving License: Riders must present a valid original driving license at the time of pick-up and submit a copy.
2. ID Proof: Original ID proof (Passport, Voter ID, or Aadhaar Card) must be submitted during pick-up.

Eligibility Criteria

• Riders must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid two-wheeler license.

Inclusions and Exclusions

1. Helmet: One helmet is complimentary; an additional helmet is available at ₹50.
2. Fuel: Fuel charges are not included. The bike will be provided in reserve condition and must be returned in the same state.

Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide a seamless experience, but here is our cancellation policy:

Standard Cancellation Terms

1. More than 72 hours from start date: Full refund minus a convenience charge of ₹100 per bike.
2. Between 72-48 hours: ₹150 of the booking amount + ₹100 convenience charge per booking will be deducted.
3. Between 48-24 hours: ₹350 of the booking amount + ₹100 convenience charge per booking will be deducted.
4. Less than 24 hours: No refund.

Long Weekends and Holiday Policy (Year 2020-21)

• No refunds for bookings on peak dates, including Republic Day, Holi, Easter, Eid, Independence Day, Diwali, and Dec 15th-Jan 15th.
• Confirmed bookings on these dates are final with no refund on cancellation.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed online to the original payment method and take 7-10 working days to reflect.

Security Deposit

• Standard bikes: ₹500 refundable deposit.
• High-end bikes: ₹5000 refundable deposit.

Additional Policies

1. Unlimited Kilometers: No extra charge for kilometers within Goa.
2. Speed Limit: 70 KMPH. Exceeding speed limits incurs double the daily rate and may result in a future rental ban.
3. Late Penalty: ₹300 per hour for late returns.
4. Accident Policy: Users are liable for 100% of any damage costs in case of an accident.
